2017 GPV Midweek Cup: Flinders Team Needed!!

Currently we have 4 players, and we need a total of 12 for the following event: If this sounds like something you may be interested in, give the golf shop a call and put your name on the list.
GOLF PENINSULA VIC – MIDWEEK CUP – 2017 Qualifying Rounds to be played on Friday 6th October at the following venues: Mornington, Rosebud and Flinders.
Team of 12 players (4 players at each of the venues) to represent their club, Maximum Handicap is 27.
NOTE: There are no age restrictions for this event.
There will be a maximum of 12 teams for 2017 – 1 team per club.
The qualifying rounds for this event will be played at the following venues:
Event One – 4BBB Stableford – Mornington Golf Club – Tee Time: 10.00 am
Event Two – 2 Man Ambrose – Rosebud Country Club – Tee Time: 9.56 am
Event Three – Canadian Foursomes – The Flinders Golf Club – Tee Time: 10.00 am
THE PRO FORMA: Points will allocated on the basis of 45 for first, 44 second down to 1 point for 45th place at each venue. The total points scored by the team will determine whether they qualify for the finals. In the event of a tie on points a count back to determine the qualifying places will be done on the basis of the teams total score in the 4BBB Stableford, if still tied the total for the C Canadian Foursomes will be used, if still tied the total for 2 Man Ambrose will be used. Any further ties will be determined by comparing the best scores of pairs starting with the 4BBB Stableford.
Balls will be awarded to pairs coming 1st and 2nd at each venue in the qualifying round.
