Captain’s Trophy

Round 5 of the Captain’s Trophy is now complete, 12 weeks of competition has weeded out our finalist for 2017.  Colin Sloggett, who took advantage of a poor third shot from our President on the 15th going on to win the match on the 16th, is now up against one of our pennant players Ewan McCall.  Ewan comfortably sealed a place in the final on the 14th hole against the bookies favourite Norm Cleland, who obviously jumped too early competing in the winning team at yesterdays GPV District Mid Week Cup. 

The Final is to be played Saturday 28th October at 12.20 pm, spectators welcome. Congratulations to both Finalist’s, play well.

Well done to all our Members entering this years Captains Trophy, for those not in the Final this year, Good luck in 2018!
