RDA Charity Day Wrap Up

The Flinders Golf Club has a strong, ongoing relationship with several charitable organisations, and each year the Club’s Committee offers the golf course to support these local community charities. On Monday 14th October, we were pleased to again offer our course and facilities to raise valuable funds and awareness for the Riding for the Disabled Association.

Over 90 golfers teed off for a morning shot gun and the course was presented in excellent condition. Golfers, volunteers and additional guests were then treated to a delicious 2 course lunch in the Clubhouse. Thankyou to our Women’s Subcommittee and all our volunteers for their efforts in putting together an another amazing day.

Feedback on the day was exceptional on all fronts, in particular the course, hospitality experience and golf shop service.

Congratulations also to our winners on the day and to those who picked up on-course competition prizes.
