Rules Refresher: Parts nineteen, twenty and twenty one

Published on 4th March 2020 in Course News, New to Golf

As members would all be aware, the new rules of golf were introduced just over a year ago.  In the lead up to that, your management team put together a concise online library of these new rules and what they meant – including in most cases, video instruction on what was changing, a detailed description of the new rule as well as a summary of the old rule.  In many cases there were videos and images to assist you with gaining an understanding.

It is now time for a refresher.  Over the next few months, each week, we will highlight three rules that were implemented 12 months ago, and the information that we provided then to assist you with the transition.   In addition to that, we will keep reminding you of the Rules Recourses that are at your disposal both on the club website

Our very own Rules Hub – CLICK HERE to have a look and you will find the area of the club website which has all of the rules articles we have put together for you;

And the online resources offered by our governing bodies –  CLICK HERE to view the page.

Your next three reviews are as follows:

To review the rule, simply click on the title: It is important to note that there is no particular order for these refreshers.

Remember too, that there are more rules in golf that most other sports – so if you are unsure – please ask!!
