Cypress Tree Removal

A large cypress tree located on the right land side of 18th fairway (near the practice bunkers), came down early this week during heavy rain and strong winds. The tree is estimated to be between 80 and 100 years old and is one of three in this stand. The tree fell towards the 18th fairway and was marked GUR.

Tree contractors commenced clearing the tree today and a temporary green was in play to keep the site safe.

The contractors are making good progress to have the site cleared for weekend golf.
