Men’s Foursomes Championship Final

Round 2 was played in consistent weather conditions across the full field on Saturday. Cold & Windy! The final and Foursomes Championship was not decided until the 2nd last group for the day finished their round entering their cards. This years Foursomes Champions, having to wait all day for a result after not making the seeded draw and playing in the morning field are Rob Curic and Ewan McCall scoring 83 first round and blitzing the field in the second round with a gross 80 to finish with a Gross score of 163, 5 ahead of the field. A Great comeback from 5 down after the first round, Congratulations Rob & Ewan!

Congratulations to Keith Colston & Ross Matthews this years runners up, scooping the pool for runners up in the daily competition with an excellent 68.5 net, runners up for the Championship with a gross score of 168 on a countback and also taking out this years Minor event for best Nett with 76.5 & 68.5 for a combined Nett of 145.

Well done to the Winners reserving their seating at Presentation night and to all Members who competed in both rounds of the Championship.
