Women’s Matchplay and Red Course Index.

The Golf Committee are pleased to announce a new Index for all Women’s Matchplay at The Flinders Golf Club and also a revised Indexing of the Red Course.

The revised Matchplay Index is to evenly spread shots across all holes as is the Men’s and to be uniform with the majority of Golf Clubs Australia wide. Both Index’s will be in play at The Flinders Golf Club from 1st July 2017.

They are for clarification as follows,
Matchplay Index, (hole/index) 1/18, 2/8, 3/12, 4/3, 5/14, 6/6, 7/10, 8/1, 9/16, 10/5, 11/11, 12/2, 13/15, 14/7, 15/13, 16/4, 17/17, 18/9.
Red Course Index (hole/index) 1/18, 2/7, 3/10, 4/12, 5/4, 6/1, 7/5, 8/6, 9/15, 10/8, 11/9, 12/17, 13/3, 14/16, 15/2, 16/11, 17/14, 18/13.

Please note the only change to the Red Course is the hole indexing and make note of this before playing rounds of golf on the Red Course from July 2017.
