11th Greenside Bunker

The Greens Committee is pleased to advise, some improvements to the immediate Greenside bunker on the 11th are due to commence Wednesday 11th October. In brief the elongated entry will be raised and grassed out to prevent golf balls entering and being trapped at the rear of the bunker. The final product will resemble a uniform kidney shaped style bunker with a similar degree of difficulty to the current shot but a fairer bunker shot for all competitors.

The bunker will be out of play, treated as compulsory GUR for approximately 4 weeks. During this time there will be a drop zone in place, marked accordingly. We appreciate Members co operation during periods of our course improvements.
