Vandals Damage 18th Green
Published on 20th November 2017 in Course News, Local and Member NewsOn Saturday 18th November during the night, vandals used a golf club to hit divots out of the 18th green and new chipping green. This mindless behaviour resulted in more than 30 divots hit out of the 18th green and more than 20 divots on the chipping green.
It is a labour intensive task repairing the damaged turf as the new turf has to be carefully replaced to match levels of the green.
