Women’s Club Championship Round Two Update
Published on 10th November 2018 in Golf NewsToday we saw some good scores from the woman, light winds and blue skies I’m sure helped contribute with this.
These scores resulted in climbing up the rankings for some players, with quite a lot of woman who wouldn’t have experienced the excitement of qualifying for their grades next week, which is great to see.
Defending Champion Sue Cutten put together a solid round today to hold a three shot lead over women’s Captain Karen Waterson in A grade.
Eleanor Stawell tied the best score today for her grade to have a one shot lead over Merran Hastings in the B grade championship.
Judy Harding has put two good weeks of golf together so far, to set up a four shot lead over Doreen Lyon in the C grade championship.
