Free Rules and Etiquette Session Via ZOOM

Published on 31st July 2020 in Golf News, Rules Hub

From time to time when playing golf, we all wonder if we are doing the right thing, for example:

• My ball is in the drain or against a fence, what are my options?
• I can’t see where my drive landed, should I hit a provisional ball?
• When is my ball the out of bounds; what are the ‘penalty areas’?

And so on…

To address this, we have developed a new program that aims to improve our members’ knowledge of the game of golf in a fun way, and to discuss our experiences when playing golf. These sessions are for all our golfers, not matter how much or how little you know about golf – we all will benefit! As well as learning, you will also meet other members.

We are delighted that Greg Dedman and Ellie Stawell have offered to impart their wonderful knowledge of the of the game and rules of golf with YOU!! So, please consider joining us at one of our free weekly sessions.

Please contact Sue Wilson – 5989 0407 or Judy Rex  – 0402 306 188 for further information and to register your interest in attending these sessions.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, these sessions will be run via Zoom, and either our Women’s Captain Sue Wilson, or Women’s President Mandy Milledge will host these events.

If you have any questions, you can also email me, and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Kindest regards,
Judy Rex
