17th Hole Penalty Area Identification.

The Golf Committee, having reviewed the relevant section from The Official Guide to the Rules of Golf, have determined that there is no practical reason for the tee side of the lake on the 17^th hole to marked as a yellow penalty area.

All of the lake will from now  be a red penalty area. This should alleviate any confusion for members as to which relief procedures they are allowed. Members will now have all three relief options available for red penalty areas when their ball crosses the front margin of the lake, under Rule 17.1d (1), (2) and (3).
