Common sense and Experience:

Sara Faccioni

These two words say it all. Kim Little and Sara Faccioni run the FGC office with a welcoming smile and military precision.

Sara is our new Finance and Administration Manager. She is passionate about numbers – they have always come easily to her. With 15 years of experience in Finance and HR in her previous position, Sara is well placed to take the financial reporting at the Club to the next level.

Crossing the “T’s” and dotting the “I’s” occur daily in Sara’s world with accounts, insurance, payroll and bank reconciliations to name just a few. She is passionate about having an overall understanding of the business as a whole and it is the higher levels of financial reporting that really excite her. Preparing budgets and carefully monitoring them are high on her agenda. She is looking forward to working alongside our new Treasurer, David Osmond.

However, it’s not all about policies and procedures and ensuring compliance, Sara also has a creative side. She is an avid reader and also loves writing poetry. Her favourite food is chocolate and her Italian heritage means good wine is a must!

Well known to FGC members after almost five years of service, Kim is everywhere! Every time anyone logs on to the FGC website, you will have noticed a little dialogue box pop up in the bottom right hand corner saying “Hi, I’m Kim…..here to help with your enquiry.”

Kim Little

Whether the enquiry is about booking a tee time, social group bookings, functions, bowls club, membership, golf days or coaching, Kim is always there to help. Communication is considered the highest ranked element of excellent customer service and Kim handles these many daily enquiries with ease. In the hugely competitive golf market on the Mornington Peninsula, this attention to detail has helped increase the number of new members for the Club.

Kim’s role also encompasses the extremely important job of communication with all FGC members. Whether via the website, social media, newsletter or the app,  Kim works very hard to keep our communication platforms up to date, detailing the latest happenings around the Club.

Kim’s role has changed recently to also oversee the Clubhouse operations.

The FGC is very fortunate to have these two dedicated women who treat the FGC as if it were their own business.

A  business where a combination of common sense and experience equate to success!
